Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
